Summer Workout Schedule

Summer workouts and practice for ALL sports begins Tuesday May 30 at 9 AM in the LCHS weightroom. After next week, workouts will be Monday through Thursday at 9 AM. Summer workouts include flexibility, speed/agility, and strength training. All student-athletes are highly encouraged to attend. You must have a current physical to participate.
