Community Service Champs

Nearly halfway through the school year, 86 Lake City High School student-athletes have registered at least 5 hours of community service with projects ranging from cleaning up the city streets to mentoring the local elementary students to doing whatever work is needed at several District and Alumni events. 20 of these student-athletes have already met

Leading The Way

The Lake City Athletic Department continued their Friday mentoring visits with a trip to the Lake City Early Childhood Center this morning.

JVs Sweep Jaguars

Panthers Cruise Past Jags

The Lake City Panthers had 11 players score in a 66-53 win over rival Kingstree Friday night. The Panthers fell behind early in the first period, but took a 32-30 lead into halftime. Lake City then outscored Kingstree 16-6 in the third quarter to build a 48-36 lead heading into the final period. Both teams

December City-Wide Cleanup Gallery

46 Lake City High School student athletes  spent the chilly Saturday morning cleaning up the streets of Lake City.  Lead by Coach Eaddy, Coach Manning, Coach James Wilson, Coach Cody Sears, Coach Cameron Orr, TJ Singletary, and Coach Ap, the group cleaned all of Main Street, Matthews Road, and finished with the campus of Lake

Lady Panthers Edge Kingstree

Lake City’s Makayla Barr blocked two key Kingstree shots with less than a minute remaining to preserve a 47-45 win for the Lady Panthers Friday night. Breakfast Buddies

The Lake City High School Athletic Department continued its Breakfast Buddy Program this morning at Main Street Elementary School.  24 student-athletes arrived at Main Street at 7 AM to eat breakfast with the elementary students and then visit classrooms to discuss their favorite parts of school and also future plans after high school.
